Shirin Asgari

Shirin Asgari studied law at The University of San Diego School of Law and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy with an Emphasis in Political Science from San Diego State University. Ms. Asgari is a member of the California State Bar and began her legal career working for one of the largest National Security Clearance law firms in the country. Ms. Asgari currently focuses on Family Law and Security Clearance Matters, and she has represented numerous clients in drafting written responses to Statements of Reasons and Letters of Intent, as well as in administrative hearings all across the United States.

Ms. Asgari has obtained favorable results for many clients at both the written response level and in the courtroom before administrative judges. Shirin is a San Diego native and is fluent in Farsi. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending quality time with family and friends.
